Rent the Pool
Book your own private, heated luxury pool and avoid the crowded beaches and public spaces!
Rental fees:
$110.00 per hour, minimum 3 hour booking
$150.00 deposit is required to book the date
You can cancel within 72 hours – deposit is refundable minus a $25.00 administration fee
Maximum 20 people – contact us if your group is larger – additional fees will apply
Pool is open from May to October
Things to Know:
There is no lifeguard on duty, you are using this facility at your own risk and all patrons will be required to sign a release and waiver form.
The pool is 40’ long and 16’ wide. It is a variable depth pool, 3’6” at the shallow end and 6’5” at the deep end. It is heated to a comfortable temperature. There are ledges around the entire pool and three sitting benches. You may bring your own pool floats. Floaties are available for rent ($5.00/each) or purchase ($30.00/each).
Extra Time:
We typically only take one booking per day, so if you want to keep the party going, you can purchase more time while you are here.
Arriving on Time:
Please arrive on time. Your rental will be scheduled for a specific start and end time. If you are late, you will NOT get extra time at the end of your scheduled booking unless you purchase more time. It is extremely appreciated if all guests can arrive at the same time.

What to Bring
- Clean deck flip flops/sandals
- Your bathing suit (no street clothes allowed in the pool)
- Towels – towels are available for rent $3.50/towel
- Swim Diapers for non potty trained children
- Sunscreen – please let it absorb prior to entering pool
- If you want some tunes, bring a speaker
- Food and drinks (Pizza to Go delivers here!)
- Ice
- Paper plates/napkins/utensils – or purchase the Dining package for $40.00 and we can supply it for you
DOG on Premise – Kiska the Pocket wolf:
We have a dog; her name is Kiska. She is docile, lazy and isn’t usually seen by our guests. However, it is possible she may make an appearance. She camouflages into the scenery very well so please be cautious when driving your vehicle.
