Winderdome: A one of a kind getaway
Situated in beautiful Windermere, British Columbia, Winderdome Resort offers fully serviced, heated/air conditioned Geodesic Dome Tents nestled in a tranquil forest. Come and unwind in luxury. Open all year round! If you really want to treat yourself, rent our private pool located a short walk away – additional fees apply
Heated luxury pool
The pool is 40’ long and 16’ wide. It is a variable depth pool, 3’6” at the shallow end and 6’5” at the deep end. It is heated to a comfortable temperature. There are ledges around the entire pool and three sitting benches.
Add-ons
Turn your stay from fantastic to outstanding with a huge selection of add-ons. Need a massage or a private yoga class? We got you. Do you anticipate feeling a little hungry when you arrive? Imagine a delicious charcuterie and/or salted caramels waiting in your Dome for your arrival.

This was the most amazing experience - perfect in every way. Everything you could possibly need was supplied, and the "extras", like the lighting,... "in-deck" hammock, colour coordinated accessories, even the little mouse door - were beyond thoughtful and very much appreciated. Deliciously comfortable and cosy bedding, views of forest and mountains, and absolutely silent except for the birds and the wind rustling the leaves. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Deb and David and we felt like we were leaving friends behind after just 3 days. We were in the Cougar Dome, appropriate for cat lovers like ourselves! Check out the picture of the tabby in the bathroom - now named Leslie in honour of one of our cats! We want to come back - it's a destination in and of itself.read more

My husband and I stayed in the Cougar dome for my birthday and it was amazing, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything was so comfortable... and well thought out, down to the last detail. It was also a great base for exploring the area as it's nice and close to town and the highway while also being very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back!read more

We loved our weekend here. My wife and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding and Deb made sure we had everything we needed. The surrounding views... were amazing and the resort is in such a secluded and quiet location, while still being a few mins drive from town. This place is amazing. Deb has thought of everything and then so much more. There are many extra special touches that make you feel very well cared... for. Location can’t be beat with hiking right outside the domes and while back on the property there is privacy and the feel of being far away in nature. Only downside is that I likely will not be able to visit any other Dome accommodations because this one set the bar so high. We will definitely be back.read more
