Situated in beautiful Windermere, British Columbia, Winderdome Resort offers fully serviced, heated/air conditioned Geodesic Dome Tents nestled in a tranquil forest. Come and unwind in luxury. Open all year round! If you really want to treat yourself, rent our private pool located a short walk away – additional fees apply
Heated luxury pool
The pool is 40’ long and 16’ wide. It is a variable depth pool, 3’6” at the shallow end and 6’5” at the deep end. It is heated to a comfortable temperature. There are ledges around the entire pool and three sitting benches.

Domes are absolutely gorgeous and comfortable at the same time. Deb and David were very friendly, accommodating and quick in responses when we were... trying to reach them.Domes were equipped with everything you can think of to spend a 2 day getaway: Bbq, Patio, gas fireplace, games and much more. Super Clean And Well Managed.Everything is proper designed to make your vacation awesome. Location like a Heaven and owners are very nice, helpful... and treating you like a special guests. It's kind a different experience to stay there. Pool to rent, BBQ and fire pit making it even more enjoyable. All eminities are nearby.Going back there soon forsure and recomending to everyone who like to explore new things.read more

Every detail was considered and Deb and Dave are such fantastic hosts. Wish we had more time! Even had a little birthday card for me 🥰. We... had everything we needed and more. The view from Cougar dome was stunning and our stay was comfortable. Coffee in bed and also at the fire table, both beautiful. We had a quick trip, and could have stayed in the dome for our entire trip and been happy, but we chose to spend time at the hot springs so we didn't have time to make use of all of the dome's amazing features. It really had everything. 11/10 would recommend if you are in the mood for some glamping. I didn't meet Kiska, so next time! 💕read more

Winderdome is a world class winter wonderland. The moment you arrive at the site, Deb and David are on hand to give you a five-star welcome and... ensure that you have everything you need. Without even considering the tranquil environment and the soothing backdrop of the Kootenay Rockies, no stone is left unturned to give you a five-star experience.We loved the amenities in our dome, aptly named Bear. The attention to detail is clear from the second you enter, be it the galaxy lights next to your bed, the automatic night light in your bathroom, or the warmth provided by the user-friendly automated fireplace. It also goes without saying that the water temperature is perfect, the presentation is spotless and the bed feels like you’re sinking into a cloud.We left Winderdome feeling mentally recharged and ready to re-enter the real world. Having been fortunate enough to stay at multiple glamping sites across the globe, I can safely say that Winderdome takes top spot. We cannot wait to return later this year to make use of the summer amenities!read more

We stayed at the domes on the coldest weekend of the year. They were cozy, the views were stunning, and Deb and David were exceptional hosts. We... loved the efforts and small accents that made this place feel like home. It was close to Invermere, and right at the base of Swansea. Deb & David are incredible to work with to add personal touches to make their... already super special place feel like home!The domes are immaculate, well equipped and it seems everything has been thought of, right down to games! Plus they are just up the hill if you do happen to think of something!You can tell that these were built from a dream and are completely driven by passion! Absolutely magical. Deb was so welcoming and bent over backwards to squeeze us in over the holidays. I would highly recommend this to anyone who... wants to get away and unplug. My wonderful partner surprised me two weeks ago with a very unique and beautiful stay at the Cougar dome! We were greeted by David who proceeded to... show us the dome and explain everything with an incredible attention to detail. Everything was perfect and I did not want to leave! The robes, slippers and sleep masks were the extras we just were not expecting. The sea salt caramels David also handed me for my birthday for simply to die for! We are already planning for a return stay sometime in the winter to enjoy some snowshoeing! Thank you soo much for an incredible memory!read more

After my boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights at the Winderdome Resort, we have no negative feedback. From the moment we arrived to when we checked out,... the dome felt like a second home. Being away from home has never felt so cozy!We could tell how much passion Deb and Dave have for both their domes and their guests by all the little details they include in their domes (they literally thought of EVERYTHING) to the time they spend with their guests upon check-in, explaining and showing them how every single thing works to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay!Our stay at The Winderdome Resort was everything we could've imagined and so much more!
