- Prices are based per night, per Dome
- Each Dome sleeps up to 4 people – 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds in the Loft
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights are discounted
- The pool is not included with your Dome rental, but can be booked separately (minimum 3 hours)
- One guest must be over 25 years old
- Check in is between 5pm and 9pm, checkout is at 11am
- No visitors are permitted at any time – registered guests only.
- No pets or children under 5 years old
- Domes are open all year round – imagine staying in a giant heated igloo in the winter!

Inside the Dome:
- Each Dome is a PVC Tent with an insulation layer

Check-in & Check-out Arrangements:
- Check-in is between 5pm and 9pm, check-out is at 11am.
- All guests must register themselves and their vehicles upon check-in

- Use of drones is not permitted

Winderdome resort is an amazing clamping. This place is surrounded by nature and you have all things comfort and luxury combined in one place. Domes are absolutely gorgeous and comfortable at the same time. Super Clean And Well Managed.Everything is proper designed to make your vacation awesome. Location like a Heaven and owners are very nice, helpful... and treating you like a special guests. It's kind a different experience to stay there. Pool to rent, BBQ and fire pit making it even more enjoyable. Every detail was considered and Deb and Dave are such fantastic hosts. Wish we had more time! Even had a little birthday card for me 🥰. We... had everything we needed and more. The view from Cougar dome was stunning and our stay was comfortable. Coffee in bed and also at the fire table, both beautiful. We had a quick trip, and could have stayed in the dome for our entire trip and been happy, but we chose to spend time at the hot springs so we didn't have time to make use of all of the dome's amazing features. It really had everything. 11/10 would recommend if you are in the mood for some glamping. I didn't meet Kiska, so next time! 💕read more

Winderdome is a world class winter wonderland. The moment you arrive at the site, Deb and David are on hand to give you a five-star welcome and... ensure that you have everything you need. Without even considering the tranquil environment and the soothing backdrop of the Kootenay Rockies, no stone is left unturned to give you a five-star experience.We loved the amenities in our dome, aptly named Bear. The attention to detail is clear from the second you enter, be it the galaxy lights next to your bed, the automatic night light in your bathroom, or the warmth provided by the user-friendly automated fireplace. It also goes without saying that the water temperature is perfect, the presentation is spotless and the bed feels like you’re sinking into a cloud.We left Winderdome feeling mentally recharged and ready to re-enter the real world. Having been fortunate enough to stay at multiple glamping sites across the globe, I can safely say that Winderdome takes top spot. We cannot wait to return later this year to make use of the summer amenities!read more

My wonderful partner surprised me two weeks ago with a very unique and beautiful stay at the Cougar dome! We were greeted by David who proceeded to... show us the dome and explain everything with an incredible attention to detail. Everything was perfect and I did not want to leave! The robes, slippers and sleep masks were the extras we just were not expecting. The sea salt caramels David also handed me for my birthday for simply to die for! After my boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights at the Winderdome Resort, we have no negative feedback. From the moment we arrived to when we checked out,... the dome felt like a second home. Being away from home has never felt so cozy!We could tell how much passion Deb and Dave have for both their domes and their guests by all the little details they include in their domes (they literally thought of EVERYTHING) to the time they spend with their guests upon check-in, explaining and showing them how every single thing works to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay!Our stay at The Winderdome Resort was everything we could've imagined and so much more! Payment & Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is required to reserve. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. Please note there is a $40 administration fee in the event of a cancellation. If you cancel your booking in writing 14 days or more before your arrival date your deposit will be refunded minus the $40 administration fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival, no refund will be given.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of $250.00 will be pre-authorized on your credit card upon your arrival. If there are no damages to the property, this pre-authorization will be withdrawn after your stay.
Taxes:
Taxes will be added which include 8% PST, 5% GST & 3% Municipal Regional District Tax.
