Fast Facts
- 2 night minimum
- Prices are based per night, per Dome
- Each Dome sleeps up to 4 people – 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds in the Loft
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights are discounted
- The pool is not included with your Dome rental, but can be booked separately (minimum 3 hours)
- One guest must be over 25 years old
- Check in is between 5pm and 9pm, checkout is at 11am
- No visitors are permitted at any time – registered guests only.
- No pets or children under 5 years old
- Domes are open all year round. Imagine staying in a giant heated igloo during winter!

What's Included
Inside the Dome:
- Each Dome is a fully insulated PVC Tent
- Locking front door
- Huge panoramic front double pane glass window with drapes
- Large skylight double pane glass above the loft
- 685 square feet on the main level, 120 square foot loft

- King size bed on the main level, two Twin-XL beds in the loft – bed linens. Sleeps maximum 4 people (no exceptions)

- Towels (not to be removed from the Dome)

- Lounging Net – Maximum weight 350lbs (spring/summer/fall)
What isn’t included:
- Sorry, no hot tub – Fairmont & Radium Hot Springs are 15 minutes away
- Stove or oven (there is a BBQ)
- Maid service
- TV
- Pool access is not included
Check-in & Check-out Arrangements:
- Check-in is between 5pm and 9pm, check-out is at 11am.
- All guests must register themselves and their vehicles upon check-in
Guests:
- One guest has to be over 25 years old
- Maximum 4 guests per dome
- No visitors are permitted at any time – registered guests only.
- Use of drones is not permitted
- No children under 5 years old
- No pets

My family stayed here for 2 nights and we had an incredible time! We were first welcomed by Deb who was an amazing host making sure we were settled... in and had everything we needed. The dome itself was very impressive, the engineering behind the design was brilliant and everything felt super cozy and relaxing. From viewing the outdoors to seeing the stars at night made our entire trip a very memorable experience! My family and I highly recommend this place and plan to visit again at some point in the future!read more

Exceptional from 2 well travelled touristsWhat can I say but wow and an incredible thank you to Deb who was an absolute gem and an ambassador for... Canadian hospitality. She truly went above and beyond welcoming us to her anazing abode, the Domes.She has thought about everything and has placed so much energy, love and passion in ensuring all guests have the best experience possible.We loved every moment with night gazing, listening to wildlife especially the mouse herds, hot spring visits and most of the time relaxing in and out of the dome.Everything is connected inside, temp, music, even the fire place is connected automatically which was great at night.The meat and cheese board was a lovely addition aling with the fudge. Everything was amazing about our stay here!We stayed 2 nights at the Cougar Dome: incredible views, attention to detail, beautiful decoration, hight... tech, loads of space inside and out in our private deck.The host Deb was incredible! This is a must do! From every tiny detail to the beautiful location, this was a 5 star stay! Deb has thought of every detail possible. The bedding... was amazing as was the ambiance created by the fairy lights and star machine. The outdoor amenities were great even though the weather didn't cooperate for us. If you will be in the Banff area, I highly recommend a trip to Windermere! Close access to Yoho National Park.read more

We had an amazing experience at Winderdome Resort for August long weekend. This was my 2nd trip to the domes. We booked all 3 domes to celebrate my... dad's 70th birthday. It was perfect for our group. Deb and David really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I was there for 4 nights. Most of the valley lost power at some point on Saturday afternoon until Monday, however we were unaffected by this since they have back up generators for the domes. The attention to detail and care that goes into this property is amazing. It was so nice to be tucked away and have space from the long weekend crowds to have some quality family time. I can't wait to plan my next visit!read more

We had such an amazing girls trip at Winderdome! We stayed in the Cougar Dome and had the best time. Deb was incredible throughout the whole... experience and honestly the best host we’ve ever had anywhere we’ve stayed.The dome had everything we needed, the amenities were amazing, and we loved hanging out in the net on the deck and seeing wildlife nearby. The pool was also such a fun addition to our trip.If you’re on the fence about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it, and definitely make sure to get some pool time too. Winderdome was an exceptional experience. Deb is a great host and provides everything you could need for Glamping she puts the glam into camping!
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is required to reserve. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. Please note there is a $40 administration fee in the event of a cancellation. If you cancel your booking in writing 14 days or more before your arrival date your deposit will be refunded minus the $40 administration fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival, no refund will be given.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of $250.00 will be pre-authorized on your credit card upon your arrival. If there are no damages to the property, this pre-authorization will be withdrawn after your stay.
Taxes:
Taxes will be added which include 8% PST, 5% GST & 3% Municipal Regional District Tax.
