Pool Rental Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully as you must accept and agree to the terms and conditions to complete a reservation.  Your rental will be terminated immediately without refund if any of these terms and conditions are not adhered to.

 

NO LIFEGUARD:

There is no lifeguard on duty, you are using this facility at your own risk and all patrons will be required to sign a release and waiver form.

PARKING:

Parking is available right beside the pool.  Instructions will be given prior to your arrival.

POOL RULES:

  • Children with diapers MUST wear swim diapers
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • Children who can’t swim must wear safety flotation gear (water wings or lifejacket)
  • Swimmers must shower before entering the pool (outdoor solar shower is on the pool deck)
  • No glass is permitted on the pool deck
  • All adults must sign a release/waiver form
  • Please refrain from using oils or lotions prior to entering the pool. If using sunscreen, please let it absorb prior to entering the pool
  • No street clothes allowed in the pool
  • No hair barrettes or band-aids allowed in the pool
  • No toys smaller than 3 inches allowed in the pool
  • Please pick up food spills and crumbs – they attract ants and mice and sometimes angry chipmunks.
  • No pets

RATES/CANCELLATION:

  • $110.00 per hour, minimum 3-hour booking
  • $150.00 deposit is required to book the date
  • You can cancel within 72 hours of the rental date and your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 administration fee; however we will work hard to reschedule your booking
  • Maximum 20 people. If you wish to have more than 20, an additional charge of $15.00 per person will be applied (flat rate/not by hour). Please contact us if you want more than 20
  • Dive-in Movie package is an additional $250.00
  • Dining package is an additional $40.00
  • All fees are subject to PST and GST

POLICIES:

  1. SMOKING:  Smoking is permitted anywhere surrounding the pool, but not in the pool or on the pool deck.  Butts must be placed in the provided ashtrays and not thrown on property grounds.
  2. PETS: No pets allowed.
  3. BBQ: BBQ must be shut off when not in use and the grill cleaned after each use.
  4. Fires:  The firepit area is available upon request, subject to fire ban restrictions.
  5. Damages: Guests will be liable for all damages and breakages.  All damages must be report to the Owners as soon as reasonably practicable.
  6. Compliance: Breach of any of these terms and conditions is subject to termination of the rental and immediate eviction.
  • The Owners reserve the right to terminate this rental if and evict from the property any Guests who refuse to follow these terms and conditions or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other guests.
  • Winderdome Resort Inc. AND ITS EMPLOYEES accept no responsibility for: Delays/cancellations due to inclement weather, fire, natural disasters, accidents, illness, injury, frustration, disappointment or other factors over which we have no control; loss, theft or damage to personal belongings; accidents/ Injuries/ death occurring on or off our property. Any dispute must be settled in Canada. Guests are liable for any damages/repairs resulting from their stay.
