This was my second stay in the Cougar Dome, and it was just as relaxing and wonderful as the first time. Deb and David really have made the perfect... place to unplug and unwind. Its quiet, relaxing, and has everything you need. From the moment you pull up, Deb is there to greet you and bring you down to your dome. The kindness and hospitality is something you won't get anywhere else. You can come and go as you want, or just lounge on the spacious deck. The fairy lights inside of the dome are one of my favourite parts. If you enjoy the mountains, and want somewhere quiet to relax, this is the perfect place. I truly cannot wait for my third stay next summer.read more

I could not express more gratitude for our stay with Winderdome! First off, our arrival welcome with Deb was hilarious and fun. We laughed and... connected in many ways. She immediately acknowledged my husband’s birthday, and welcomed us with open arms. She was kind, warm, hilarious, and hardworking as hell. She boasts a life of dedicating her purpose to others, and now she shows that in a therapeutic way by hosting on the ultimate level. The attention to detail, pristine cleanliness, time, energy, and money invested into these beautiful domes and experience are so much better than you can imagine! We will return, and probably make this stay a ritual. We cannot wait to be back. Thank you for this rejuvenating experience!read more

My 3 daughters and I rented the Wolf Dome this past weekend. I have to say this was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. We went... in celebration of 2 of the girls 40th birthdays and the host greeted us with a birthday treat and card for them! Outstanding people that own these domes, peaceful, serene and breathtaking views. We will see you again Karen! Thank you for everything.read more

We had such a great stay at the Cougar Dome at Winderdome Resort. From the moment we arrived, Deb made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured... everything was smooth and comfortable.The space itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. There were so many unique details throughout the dome that made the experience feel special, and the smart home features were a really cool touch that added both convenience and a bit of fun.Overall, this was a memorable and relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different but still comfortable and well-appointed.read more

You will not find a more distinktive stay in the Columbia Valley or beyond! These three domes will leave you with the utmost glamping experience. ... We stayed in the Cougar dome, so tastefully decorated, so luxurious and super clean. We enjoyed the special light effects provided by Alexa at night, the cozy fireplace, the large deck with the fire table, the gorgeous view of the mountains and the privacy provided by the surrounding trees. The guestbook told us that there were many repeat guests and we understand why.read more

From the moment we met Deb at the gate we knew it was going to be the best dome experience EVER! Everything was seamless from booking online to... checking out! We booked a couple nights during spring break and my two teen girls absolutely loved it! The word “boujee dome” was heard many times! The cleanliness, the inviting atmosphere, the best sleeps in the most comfortable beds, the ease of slipping right into “dome life” was perfection! We could have stayed for 100 more days! I stayed in the Cougar Dome back in October and it was an amazing experience! This was my first time staying in a dome or doing any sort of glamping;... I could not be happier to have had that experience at Winderdome Resort!! The property was beautiful, the dome was well kept, clean and cozy. I felt relaxed and at ease immediately upon arrival and would recommend this little piece of paradise to anyone looking to experience something tranquil and unique.Deb was an amazing host as well. From first contact she was welcoming and kind. I was delayed arriving due to weather and after contacting her, she was able to accommodate, which I was very appreciative of! Deb takes such pride in maintaining this beautiful property. You can tell she wants each person to have the best experience possible and it shows! Her enthusiasm to share this special place with everyone makes it even more special.The location was great.The property was immaculate.The dome was everything I hoped to experience from the pictures and reviews.If you haven’t stayed here, you need to. It’s an absolute must for any traveler!Hands down one of my favourite spots to stay. Great unusual place! We found everything we needed. Modern, warm and nice decorated with lights.20 min driving to Fairmont hot springs, 8-10 min to... all restaurants. Quiet and surrounded by a trees.Thank you. We will definitely come again!read more

Two beautiful nights in the Bear Dome was an unforgettable experience. This was our very first dome stay and glamping adventure, and it truly... couldn’t have been better.The views were stunning, the dome was spotless, and every detail showed how much thought Deb and David have put into creating such a special place. A heartfelt thank you to Deb, who will go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and completely worry-free — her kindness and hospitality made our stay even more memorable.Winderdome has set the bar very high for our future glamping trips. This is just one of the best experiences! From our first meeting of Deb at the gates & throughout our tour her energy and enthusiasm just lights your... mood and calms your mind. These domes are simply the best and not a single detail is lacking. We stayed in the wolf dome and embraced the outdoor fire table with wine and charcuterie and settled inside to the hot showers and comfortable beds. Coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and a walk in the gorgeous wooded property. You won’t regret treating yourself to this amazing experience. You deserve it!read more

This is the best stay-cation I have ever done. The dome is a smart dome with everything automated with alexa. We got a very warm welcome from Deb.... The wolf dome we rented was one of a kind. Winderdome Resort exceeded every expectation. The dome was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly cozy — the perfect mix of luxury and... nature. We stayed at the cougar dome in November and wow, what a trip! We were more than pleased with the amenities this dome had to offer, and the hosts... were just wonderful! We would recommend this dome in any season! These domes were beautifully thought out and cared for. Perfect for a cozy weekend away!read more
