Fast Facts
- 2 night minimum
- Prices are based per night, per Dome
- Each Dome sleeps up to 4 people – 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds in the Loft
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights are discounted
- The pool is not included with your Dome rental, but can be booked separately (minimum 3 hours)
- One guest must be over 25 years old
- Check in is between 5pm and 9pm, checkout is at 11am
- No visitors are permitted at any time – registered guests only.
- No pets or children under 5 years old
- Domes are open all year round – imagine staying in a giant heated igloo during winter!

Inside the Dome:
- Each Dome is a PVC Tent with an insulation layer
- Locking front door

Check-in & Check-out Arrangements:
- Check-in is between 5pm and 9pm, check-out is at 11am.
- All guests must register themselves and their vehicles upon check-in

My girlfriend and I spent a weekend at the Winderdome Resort, and we can’t recommend it enough! The space is truly one of a kind, with so many... thoughtful details in the interior design. Our dome was private and quiet, making it the perfect romantic getaway for just the two of us. Everything about the experience was seamless—parking, check-in and check-out, and recommendations for local activities were all made clear by the incredible hosts, Deb and David (and, of course, their four-legged friend, Kiska!). They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. 10/10—we’d absolutely do it again!read more

We travelled a lot around the world, beeing in many many different hotels, airnb, vacation homes and so on, but this place was truly amazing. We met... Deb and she was so superfriendly, showed us her domes and it is breathtaking. Everything is nearly perfect. It has all the small details which you would miss in a hotel. Starting with an Alexa controlled dome which makes things funny to control, a kitchen with all necessities you need, a patio which look fantastic (and the views are even better), a bed which is like sleeping in heaven, pillows which are super good, a shower with good pressure, a fireplace, a bbq pit and the best thing of all: A cozy retreat where you can spend super relaxing days. Enjoying a good book, taking some picture or relaxing... this is by far a unique place to spend a few days. And therefore it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!read more

What an amazing time, it's the most relaxing time away I have ever had. The place is amazing to just chill and disconnect from the hustle and the... craziness of life. Deb was the most amazing host, showed us everything we needed to know. Lots of communication prior to arrival, never more than a text away for any questions we had. My husband and I stayed recently in the wolf dome and it was an incredible experience!! We are already talking about next year. Winderdome is an... incredible luxury stay where the owners have thought of every possible detail. This is an amazing escape where you are sitting back among the trees with lots of privacy. Stunning! We were enchanted the moment we stepped through the door. We stayed in the Bear Dome, and every single detail was carefully crafted to the... bear theme; it was fun to walk around the dome, finding all the nods to the bear. If you like to stay in clean accommodation (I mean, who doesn’t?) you’ll think you’ve gone to heaven in this place; it was absolutely spotless; from the floors, to the bathroom, to the kitchen drawers; everything was pristine! The beds were so comfortable and there was ample seating to get comfy and play some of the games that were provided. We cooked out on the Weber BBQ and later sat around the outside gas fire, taking in the views and then the stars! If you stay there, don’t forget to try out the built-in hammock for star-gazing. Some other cute little touches were the cubbies, bath robes, and personalized towel hooks in the bathroom; the shower was amazing, by the way. Our son also enjoyed trying out the M&M gum ball machine. The owner took time to show us how everything worked when we arrived, and she invited us to take a walk through their forested land behind the domes, which we did with our coffees each morning. We had the most beautiful stay. Thank you!read more

This place was absolutely amazing, romantic, and an authenticly lovely experience. The hosts were great and made so many small touches with the... decor, games, welcome package, and more, to name a few that went a long way during our stay. The most magical, stunning, breathtakingly beautiful place! We didn’t even want to go and do anything but enjoy the dome! Normally, I like to go out... and do activities, but I just wanted to stay and enjoy this wonderful experience! We stayed in the wolf dome, and it is hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed!All the big, and little things have been so well executed! Where to even start. This is easily the most amazing place we have ever stayed. We were here for 3 nights, and even got married in the middle! The... hosts, incredible. So welcoming, accommodating, and kind. Went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Every little detail inside that dome was so intricately placed. I never wanted to leave. I don't even want to write this review because I want this to be my hidden gem! We rented the pool. Totally recommend. Make sure you stay for an extra day or two and have no plans because you will want to stay and enjoy your dome! We had great weather but I actually think no matter the weather this is the best place to be. It is just perfect. Do yourself a favour and take yourself to this amazing little getaway.read more

Stayed here for a couple of nights in September in the Bear Dome. Deb our host was amazing and they have thought of everything to make it such a... comfortable stay. From the amazing deck net and fire pit, to two (2!) different bear jigsaws, to the crazy comfy beds it was all such a relaxing experience. The only fault I could find is I'm Australian and Winderdome is not so it'll be hard to return, but be assured when I do make the trip North again this will definitely be the first place I book.read more
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is required to reserve. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. Please note there is a $40 administration fee in the event of a cancellation. If you cancel your booking in writing 14 days or more before your arrival date your deposit will be refunded minus the $40 administration fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival, no refund will be given.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of $250.00 will be pre-authorized on your credit card upon your arrival. If there are no damages to the property, this pre-authorization will be withdrawn after your stay.
Taxes:
Taxes will be added which include 8% PST, 5% GST & 3% Municipal Regional District Tax.
