Fast Facts
- 2 night minimum
- Prices are based per night, per Dome
- Each Dome sleeps up to 4 people – 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds in the Loft
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights are discounted
- The pool is not included with your Dome rental, but can be booked separately (minimum 3 hours)
- One guest must be over 25 years old
- Check in is between 5pm and 9pm, checkout is at 11am
- No visitors are permitted at any time – registered guests only.
- No pets or children under 5 years old
- Domes are open all year round – imagine staying in a giant heated igloo in the winter!

Inside the Dome:
- Each Dome is a PVC Tent with an insulation layer
- Locking front door
- Huge panoramic front window with drapes

- 685 square feet on the main level, 120 square foot loft

Check-in & Check-out Arrangements:
- Check-in is between 5pm and 9pm, check-out is at 11am.
- All guests must register themselves and their vehicles upon check-in

- One guest has to be over 25 years old

- No visitors are permitted at any time – registered guests only.
- Use of drones is not permitted

We loved our weekend here. My wife and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding and Deb made sure we had everything we needed. The surrounding views... were amazing and the resort is in such a secluded and quiet location, while still being a few mins drive from town. This place is amazing. Deb has thought of everything and then so much more. There are many extra special touches that make you feel very well cared... for. Location can’t be beat with hiking right outside the domes and while back on the property there is privacy and the feel of being far away in nature. Only downside is that I likely will not be able to visit any other Dome accommodations because this one set the bar so high. We will definitely be back.read more

My girlfriend and I spent a weekend at the Winderdome Resort, and we can’t recommend it enough! The space is truly one of a kind, with so many... thoughtful details in the interior design. Our dome was private and quiet, making it the perfect romantic getaway for just the two of us. Everything about the experience was seamless—parking, check-in and check-out, and recommendations for local activities were all made clear by the incredible hosts, Deb and David (and, of course, their four-legged friend, Kiska!). We travelled a lot around the world, beeing in many many different hotels, airnb, vacation homes and so on, but this place was truly amazing. We met... Deb and she was so superfriendly, showed us her domes and it is breathtaking. Everything is nearly perfect. It has all the small details which you would miss in a hotel. Starting with an Alexa controlled dome which makes things funny to control, a kitchen with all necessities you need, a patio which look fantastic (and the views are even better), a bed which is like sleeping in heaven, pillows which are super good, a shower with good pressure, a fireplace, a bbq pit and the best thing of all: A cozy retreat where you can spend super relaxing days. Enjoying a good book, taking some picture or relaxing... this is by far a unique place to spend a few days. And therefore it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!read more

What an amazing time, it's the most relaxing time away I have ever had. The place is amazing to just chill and disconnect from the hustle and the... craziness of life. My husband and I stayed recently in the wolf dome and it was an incredible experience!! We are already talking about next year. Winderdome is an... incredible luxury stay where the owners have thought of every possible detail. This is an amazing escape where you are sitting back among the trees with lots of privacy. Payment & Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is required to reserve. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. Please note there is a $40 administration fee in the event of a cancellation. If you cancel your booking in writing 14 days or more before your arrival date your deposit will be refunded minus the $40 administration fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival, no refund will be given.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of $250.00 will be pre-authorized on your credit card upon your arrival. If there are no damages to the property, this pre-authorization will be withdrawn after your stay.
Taxes:
Taxes will be added which include 8% PST, 5% GST & 3% Municipal Regional District Tax.
